We know that vegetables are rarely among children’s favourite dishes. It is a good idea to start little by little, experimenting and trying different foods, since they are important for their development and health.

To the mums, especially, we don’t need to tell you the challenge of introducing new foods into the menu and getting the little ones to want to try them. And if we’re talking about vegetables, the challenge is even greater, so let’s turn the tables and get children excited about tasting vegetables through play!

2. Choose a recipe and look for all the ingredients you need to make it, so you can learn the names of different foods along the way.
3. Once you have all the ingredients ready, start cooking, following the recipe step by step so it turns out really delicious.
4. All that’s left now is to enjoy this tasty, healthy little meal that, with so much love, you’ve prepared for your soft toy!
